Return A Product:
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you have purchased a physical product and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at Luxlashlabel@gmail.com with your order # included!
** In the email there must be proof of order number and proof of damaged/can not be used product(s)**
In the event of a damaged/can not be used product will be issued a refund.
In the event of which you no longer would like the product, we will review your request and see if a refund is fit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All products purchased (digital and physical) during a promotional or sale period will be ineligible for refunds.
Lost or stolen items:
It is unfortunate that sometimes our orders do gets lost/stolen before it receahes you! In the event of this occurring it is best to contact your local post office to assist you. It is outside of our control once the order has been handed off to shipping carriers like USPS or UPS.
